Sweet oriental spices and a slight hint of toasted cocoa accompany the wine in all tasting phases, a clear fruit with notes of vanilla and leather on the finish. In the mouth it is harmonious and enveloping with a light mineral note.

Production area
Produced in western Sicily, in the Casale a Buseto Palizzolo estate, the cradle of the peasant wisdom of the ancient Monte San Giuliano (Erice).
Production Technique:
Manual harvest in boxes with careful selection of the grapes. Upon receipt in the cellar, destemming followed by 21 days of remaining on the skins at 25° C; after racking, malolactic fermentation in steel follows; aging for approximately 6 months in barriques.
Pairing:
It goes well with marinated and grilled lamb chops, or with parmigiana and mature cheeses.
