Light and bright straw yellow, intense aroma with notes of wisteria, peach and apricot, pink grapefruit, sage. Well centered on the palate with concentration of fruit, freshness and flavor, aftertaste of white pulp fruit and citrus. A fine and elegant white, with an intriguing personality and destined for surprising longevity.

Production area
Produced in western Sicily, in the Casale a Buseto Palizzolo estate, the cradle of the peasant wisdom of the ancient Monte San Giuliano (Erice).
Production Technique:
manual harvest in boxes with careful selection of the grapes. Upon receipt in the cellar, a further selection of the grapes is carried out before soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel at around 14-16 °C and the product ages on the fine lees for around 4 months before bottling.
Pairing:
It goes well with vegetable-based dishes and tasty first courses such as fish couscous.

We deliver across the UK from the heart of Cardiff. However, we are hopefully looking into shipping to Europe too in the future.
